Working closely with RDM stakeholders gave the team an opportunity to understand both business and user goals, ultimately helping deliver a successful project. Team collaboration and user research were the driving forces behind this project.
Given RDM's international presence, the most challenging part was ensuring we designed for a diverse user group. From that, it was also the most engaging part of the project as well. What I enjoyed most was speaking one-on-one with dance instructors from Kenya and Zimbabwe, getting insight into their day-to-and goals when it comes to dance instructions, to ensure the design of the app tailors to their needs.
